These new ocean view homes are being built to the highest North-American seismic and quality standards. They are built out of steel-framed construction. Also, they are enclosed with Georgia Pacific Densglass (fibro-cement board) on the exterior as well as Gypsum on the interior. The homes are fully-insulated to an R19 grade.
