Our Story: About the Ownership

In April 2021, Pacifico transitioned to new ownership – a dynamic partnership between a Canadian entrepreneur in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in American development, and a Costa Rican businessman who has been in the Pacifico community since the early days of the project.

Our Canadian partner first came to Costa Rica in the early 90s, fell in love with the place, and eventually bought property here 15 years later. Being already a strong catalyst in the Costa Rican community and a passionate homeowner in Pacifico, our local partner brought a vision of possibilities to the future of the community.

Together, they bring a strong understanding of North American modernities and technologies with Costa Rican culture, connections, and community. The change in ownership brings new and rapid growth to the Pacifico development.

Beginning immediately with new amenities including a state-of-the-art sports complex, walking trails, and ground updates, and a fully renovated beach club and restaurant.

The group has a vision for the development including many new residential options and exclusive amenities, to become a family-oriented community welcoming owners and visitors alike.
